Meet Our Founder — Ashleigh Leuck

MA, LPA, BCBA

I received my undergraduate and master’s degrees at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, one of the leading universities in the world for the study of Behavior Analysis. In my work experience, I've created programs, policies, and procedures from the ground up to support children with autism, behavior deficits, and social emotional disabilities. I founded Breakthrough Autism to deliver the gold-level standard of care that our vulnerable population deserves and advocate on their behalf. My mission is to cultivate a practice and culture that operates with integrity, honesty, and compassion, while safeguarding the rights of my clients.

As a licensed psychological associate and board-certified behavioral analyst, I am intimately familiar with how Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy works and how it should be conducted. Behavior analysis has been a life-long career, and I am 100% committed to leading a company that provides genuine, ethical, and scientifically-based ABA. I desire for Breakthrough Autism to be a beacon of hope for any family who might feel desperate for help, anxious, or overwhelmed by their child's diagnosis. Our mission is to decrease stress and through effective therapeutic interventions in the home and help each child make meaningful breakthroughs.
